The Program

It is essential to remember that the purpose of a Mental Health Emergency Response Plan is to be prepared for emergencies. If you don’t want to live your life in a perpetual state of emergency anymore and you are ready to learn how to live well with bipolar disorder, join me in my monthly mentoring program, The Upsiders Tribe.

I will guide you through each step on the path to mental wellness and teach you what I have learned that has helped me go from merely surviving to thriving in my life with bipolar disorder.

Included in the Program

Private Facebook Support Group
This group gives you access to support from other women, including myself, who also have bipolar disorder. It is an invaluable resource that I wish I had when I was a young adult and mother dealing with it on my own. I felt very alone and discouraged. I had people who loved me, but they didn’t understand what I was going through and it felt like pity and often made me feel worse.

This is also where you will report on your progress through the modules. It is a place for accountability and encouragement as you work through the steps in each module and learn how to make it work for you.

Mentoring Modules

  • Medication or Supplementation
  • Counseling
  • Meditation

  • Simplifying Your Life

There is no quick fix or easy way to a healthy, productive life with bipolar disorder. It takes a lot of diligent, humble effort on your part. But, there is hope and there is help! I will show you how to get there. I will provide support and encouragement along the way so you can live your best, healthiest, and most fulfilled life with bipolar disorder.
